Developing embryos and newly hatched chicks
have very little disease
resistance of their own. They are vulnerable to disease organisms that have little or no
effect on healthy, older birds. Cleaning, disinfection and proper isolation are used to
break cycles of contamination and to reduce exposure to microbial contamination. BioSentry's full line of products work harder because they are designed to work together. No single product can do everything. BioSentry has special products to work where they are needed. You will know what looks clean- really is clean and sanitary. Your efforts will show results in healthy, uniform chicks and healthy profits.

Products:
Manual Foam Cleaners
Acid-A-Foam™ Acidic Hatchery Cleaner
Replace your regular cleaner with Acid-A-Foam one week out of every
4-6. This removes alkaline deposits and mineral scale. Alternate the pH of your cleaners instead of
rotating disinfectants. For general cleaning by foamers, pressure washers or manually.
BioSentry®
453™ Hatchery Detergent Disinfectant
BioSentry® 453 prevents the spread of contamination during cleaning and starts
the job of final residual disinfection, which is completed by BioSentry® 904.
For manual foam, or pressure washing in hard or soft water. Use: Hatcheries
Chlor-A-Foam™ Chlorinated Hatchery Foam Cleaner
This heavy duty, liquid cleaner rapidly removes egg soils, yellow build-up and organic
soils from hatchers and equipment. Compatible with all BioSentry Quat and Phenolic
Disinfectants. For foam and pressure cleaning not for manual cleaning. Uses: Hatcheries,
setters and floors.
EZ Kleen™ Cleaner and Deodorizer
This highly effective cleaner is compatible with quats, (BioSentry® 904,
and BioQuat™ 20). For manual, foam or pressure washing. Uses:
Hatcheries, barns, vehicles, and general cleaning.
Hatchery Cleaner HF™
This non-chlorinated alkaline cleaner quickly cleans egg solids, yellow build up and other
organics from incubators and equipment. Compatible with all BioSentry Quat and Phenolic
Disinfectants. For foam and pressure cleaning not for manual cleaning. Uses: Hatcheries,
setters and floors.
Kwik Strip™ Acid Cleaner & Scale Remover
This strong acidic cleaner removes heavy scale and mineral deposits from surfaces.
Thickened to "cling" to surfaces, it is a special cleaner and should not be used
in an alternating pH general cleaning program.
Hatchery Disinfectants
BioSentry® 904™ Residual Hatchery Disinfectant
This disinfectant can be applied as a spray, foam, or fog. At oz./gal. (4ml/l), it kills
bacteria, viruses and Aspergillus fumigatus and prevents their regeneration. It is a
potent blend of quaternary ammonium compounds and tributyltin oxide. Uses: All hatchery
disinfecting, vehicles, boot bath.
Tray and Buggy Washers
(non-foaming products)
ATW Tray Wash™
Liquid acidic formula for use in hatcheries to clean trays, racks, and plastic flats in
automatic washers. Removes scale and mineral deposits. Ideal for use through proportioning
systems. Non-foaming.
BioSentry® Liquid Tray Wash™
(chlorinated)
A concentrated, alkaline cleaner to remove hatching debris and farm soils. Effective in
hard water. Uses: Automated and CIP cleaning systems.
HC Tray Wash™
Liquid, chlorinated, alkaline tray wash, formulated for high capacity short cycle tray
washers.
NC 450 Tray Wash™ (non-chlorinated)
A concentrated, alkaline cleaner to remove hatching debris and farm soils. Effective in
hard water. Uses: Automated and CIP cleaning systems. Packaged: 6 gal. pail, 55 gal. drum.
TWC™
Powdered alkaline tray wash for use in hatcheries to clean trays, racks, and plastic
flats. Can also be used to clean floors. Ideal for high hardness water. Packaged: 50 lb.

Biox® H (35% Hydrogen Peroxide)
Liquid oxidizing formula for cleaning hatching eggs and incubators. Leaves no residue to
clog egg shell pores. Compatible with BioSentry 904® and BioQuat™

Kills and controls bacteria, molds and algae in recirculating cooling water systems. Keeps
units operating efficiently. Non-oxidizing. Contains no chlorine or bromine. Uses:

Safe™ Instant Hand Sanitizer
This ethanol based, fast drying product kills germs instantaneously on skin and hands.
Uses: Egg handlers, field and veterinary personnel.
